Some highlights:
- I completed a 14 mile training run. I wrote about it here. I'm happy it's done, glad I have that distance behind me, and am ready to tackle next weekend's long run.
- I made it to a yoga class! This was very much needed for stress release and relaxation, as my mind has been cluttered lately with thoughts that are not conducive to healthy living. It was one of the best things I did for myself all week, and hopefully I'll get to another one this week.
- My eating was half on, half off. I wouldn't say it was terrible, but it wasn't as consistent as I would have liked it.
- I had 2 fun nights out - one with friends at a winery celebrating a birthday, the other seeing a pretty good play at the Kennedy Center. Cate Blanchett, among other incredible Australian actors starred in it. It was a good night and I'm glad I decided to get tickets.
